H. EMMANUEL SCOZZARO, JR

Emmanuel has over 19 years of legal experience helping clients pursue positive resolutions, specializing in family law, estate planning, probate, business law, and criminal defense. 
Emmanuel became a member of the Alabama State Bar in 2003 after receiving his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, where he was voted Outstanding Senior Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.  He received his undergraduate degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Emmanuel has been admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, is a member of the Shelby County Bar Association, and is a former Assistant Attorney General with the State of Alabama and a past President of the Jefferson County Association of Family Court Attorneys.​

ELIZABETH HOSMER MASON

 
Brandon practices within several areas of state and federal law, with focuses on civil negotiations/litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, business law, and estates. 
Brandon is a member of the Alabama State Bar and has been admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. 
Brandon received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and was listed on the Dean's List at both universities. 

Elizabeth's experience includes solving a wide variety of family and domestic problems ranging from child support, custody/visitation to property division.  Elizabeth focuses her practice on helping families navigate complicated legal issues whether through litigation, mediation or negotiated settlement.  Elizabeth is active in her community and looks for opportunities to lead. Elizabeth graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with her bachelor's degree in English in 2017. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in May of 2020 and was admitted to the Alabama Bar in November of 2020.
