Emmanuel has over 19 years of legal experience helping clients pursue positive resolutions, specializing in family law, estate planning, probate, business law, and criminal defense.
Emmanuel became a member of the Alabama State Bar in 2003 after receiving his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, where he was voted Outstanding Senior Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Emmanuel has been admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, is a member of the Shelby County Bar Association, and is a former Assistant Attorney General with the State of Alabama and a past President of the Jefferson County Association of Family Court Attorneys.
