Emmanuel has over 20 years of legal experience helping clients pursue positive resolutions, specializing in family law, estate planning, probate, business law, and criminal defense.
He became a member of the Alabama State Bar in 2003 after receiving his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, where he was voted Outstanding Senior Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Emmanuel has been admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, is a member of the Shelby County Bar Association, a former Assistant Attorney General with the State of Alabama and a past President of the Jefferson County Association of Family Court Attorneys.​

Brandon practices within several areas of state and federal law, with focuses on civil negotiations/litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, business law, and estates.
Brandon is a member of the Alabama State Bar and has been admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama.
Brandon received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and was listed on the Dean's List at both universities.
Elizabeth's experience includes solving a wide variety of family and domestic problems ranging from child support, custody/visitation to property division. Elizabeth focuses her practice on helping families navigate complicated legal issues whether through litigation, mediation or negotiated settlement. She also works closely with Mr. Scozzaro, assisting families with probate matters and leaving their legacy by establishing estate plans for her clients. Elizabeth is active in her community and looks for opportunities to lead. Elizabeth graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a bachelor's degree in English, going on to receive her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and was admitted to the Alabama Bar.
Josie is the Paralegal at Scozzaro Law, LLC. She completed her Paralegal Certification through Auburn University in 2024 and brings strong skills in legal research, drafting, case management, and client support. Growing up around the firm with her father, founding partner Emmanuel Scozzaro, has given Josie a deep appreciation for the firm’s commitment to clients. In her role, she helps ensure clients feel cared for and supported while assisting with file preparation and coordinating case deadlines. Josie has a genuine love for every client she serves and is dedicated to making their experience with the firm as smooth and reassuring as possible.
Kristi Mitchell Scozzaro serves as the Office Manager and oversees Client Services at Scozzaro Law, LLC. She is dedicated to making sure every client feels valued and cared for, ensuring that their experience with the firm is smooth and welcoming. Kristi has been working alongside her husband for over 15 years, helping to build the firm and creating an environment where clients are treated like family. Her commitment to personalized service and attention to detail makes her an indispensable part of the Scozzaro Law team.
