H. EMMANUEL SCOZZARO, JR

Emmanuel has over 20 years of legal experience helping clients pursue positive resolutions, specializing in family law, estate planning, probate, business law, and criminal defense. 
He became a member of the Alabama State Bar in 2003 after receiving his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, where he was voted Outstanding Senior Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.  He received his undergraduate degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Emmanuel has been admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, is a member of the Shelby County Bar Association, a former Assistant Attorney General with the State of Alabama and a past President of the Jefferson County Association of Family Court Attorneys.​

Brandon practices within several areas of state and federal law, with focuses on civil negotiations/litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, business law, and estates. 
Brandon is a member of the Alabama State Bar and has been admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. 
Brandon received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and was listed on the Dean's List at both universities. 

Jackson has a background in domestic relations and criminal defense. He is bringing his knowledge of domestic relations to team up with Mrs. Mason to handle divorce and family law matters. This includes custody, visitation, and post-divorce modifications. He is eager to work with our team to help you receive the best outcome possible for your legal needs. He will be bringing his criminal defense knowledge to the firm to assist with DUIs, drug charges, property crimes, and violent crimes. He can also assist you in any possible expungement.
Jackson received his undergraduate degree in criminal justice from the University of Alabama and received his Juris Doctor from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar.

Elizabeth's experience includes solving a wide variety of family and domestic problems ranging from child support, custody/visitation to property division.  Elizabeth focuses her practice on helping families navigate complicated legal issues whether through litigation, mediation or negotiated settlement. She also works closely with Mr. Scozzaro, assisting families with probate matters and leaving their legacy by establishing estate plans for her clients. Elizabeth is active in her community and looks for opportunities to lead. Elizabeth graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a bachelor's degree in English, going on to receive her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and was admitted to the Alabama Bar.
